Official rules & Regulations
1. Customers must present receipts to Guest Services from any store or restaurant at Colonial Park Mall. Qualifying receipts must be dated Monday, August 18 - Monday, September 22, 2008.
2. Colonial Park Mall Gift Card Purchases count as double points every day during the promotion.
3. Mondays & Tuesdays are Double Points Days. Purchases made on Mondays & Tuesdays qualify for double points. All Monday and Tuesday receipts during the promotion count as double points regardless of when they are turned in. Any receipts that are redeemed on Mondays and Tuesdays but are from other days of the week are counted as single points. (I.e. A customer cannot earn double points for a receipt turned in on Monday that is from a purchase made on Saturday.)
4. Double points do not stack on top of one another. Purchasing a mall gift card and using the mall gift card for a mall purchase does not qualify for points again.
5. Receipts may only be used one time and will be stamped when presented to Guest Services. Only original receipts may be presented. Duplicate receipts, photo copies, faxes, and/or internet orders will not be accepted. All receipts must be redeemed by 5 pm on Wednesday, September 24, 2008.
6. Store Credit Card payments and/or utility bill payments at Colonial Park Mall stores will not be accepted for points.
7. Store employees may not request, or copy, receipts from store customers in order to redeem them for points. Additionally, stores (or store employees) may not hold receipts to give to schools to redeem for points. Solicitation of stores to hold receipts for schools is also prohibited.
8. Each dollar spent equals 1 point. Anything less than $.50 will be rounded down to the nearest dollar, and anything equal to or greater than $.50 will be rounded up to the nearest dollar (Ex. $10.45 = 10 points and $10.56 = 11 points).
9. The highest point per student ratio will determine the winning schools. The total number of points for each school is divided by the number of students enrolled in the school as of September 1, 2008. Enrollment numbers will be provided by the schools.
10. The in-mall toteboard will be updated weekly (usually by Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning) with the current ten leading schools. The final winners will not be posted in the mall until Friday, September 26, 2008.
11. Any public or private school catering to children in grade Kindergarten up to grade 12, elementary, middle, or high school in the state of Pennsylvania is eligible to participate. Pre-schools, colleges, cyber, and other continuing education institutions are not eligible.
12. At the end of the promotion, the top three (3) schools with the highest points per student ratio will win cash prizes: 1st - $3,500; 2nd - $1,500; 3rd - $1,000.
13. Colonial Park Mall Management Office will make the final decision regarding any dispute.
14. Colonial Park Mall reserves the right to refuse suspicious or fraudulent receipts, or any receipt transactions breaking the above rules.
15. Colonial Park Mall reserves the right to modify these rules at any time without notice.
